When the world feels loud, I go outside. Whether it is forest bathing, stretching on the grass, or taking a long walk, I use simple nature therapy to help my mind settle down. Moving my body in fresh air is the best way I know to release tension and feel like myself again.

Every social space has rules about eye contact, tone, and how much space you are allowed to take up. The forest has none.
